To establish a sisterhood of women leaders in ministry, education, personal growth and corporate America, for the purpose of collaboration, growth, and advancement.

Objectives

• Afford women leaders opportunities for fellowship, support, networking, collaboration, and enhancement.
• Provide mentoring, modeling, counsel and support to "Generation Next" of aspiring women leaders.

Paradigmatic Truths

SWTIC supports the events, activities and lives of its partners whenever possible. SWTIC honors honor a strict confidentiality code to ensure an atmosphere of open communication, unconditional love and lasting acceptance.   SWTIC serves a specific, target audience.  Therefore, to best serve its target audience, SWTIC is an exclusive fellowship and its events and activities are invitation-only.  However, some events sponsored by the SWTIC partnership will be open to the general public. 

Through individual and collaborative efforts, SWITC will endeavor to assist and develop women who are aspiring to enter the ministry.
